A 20% gratuity, service & operational fee is included on every ride. Round trips are priced a little lower per ride than booking each leg on its own.
Service & gratuity on overage or extra service is 1.65× standard (~33%), to compensate the chauffeur for extended time past the booked window.

How much does a luxury car service in Los Angeles cost?
Continental is flat-rate, starting at $88 — the price you see at booking is the price you pay — locked when you reserve, never re-priced afterwards. LAX transfers to the Westside and Downtown run $136-$147, and hourly charters are $138 per hour with a 3-hour minimum. The 20% gratuity, service and operational fee is already inside every figure quoted here, and your exact price is calculated automatically from your pickup address.
What kind of vehicles does Continental use?
We run an all-Cadillac Escalade ESV fleet — 2023 and 2024 model years, kept showroom-clean. Each seats up to 6 passengers with room for four large bags and includes premium leather, climate control, complimentary water, and device chargers. Every ride is the full-size flagship SUV with a professional chauffeur — one vehicle, no compromises.
Do you track my flight for airport pickups?
Yes. We monitor your flight in real time and time the pickup to your actual arrival, so you never wait and never rush. At LAX and the regional airports — Burbank, Long Beach, John Wayne, Ontario and Van Nuys — your chauffeur waits in the cell-phone lot and pulls up curbside the moment you're ready, with Meet & Greet at baggage claim available on request.
