Every price includes a 20% gratuity, service and operational fee. Your exact fare is calculated from your pickup address and locked in when you book. Round trips are priced a little lower per ride than booking each leg on its own.
Time beyond your booked window carries a 33% service and gratuity charge instead of the standard 20%, to compensate your chauffeur for the extra hours.

How much does a luxury car service in Los Angeles cost?
Every Continental ride has one flat, all-inclusive price, starting at $120. LAX transfers to the Westside and Downtown typically run $147 to $167, and hourly charters are $138 per hour with a 3-hour minimum. Each figure already includes the 20% gratuity, service and operational fee. Your exact price is calculated from your pickup address and locked in when you book, so the price you see is the price you pay.
What kind of vehicles does Continental use?
We run a luxury black car fleet, predominantly Cadillac Escalade ESV, 2023-2026 models kept showroom-clean. Each one seats up to 6 passengers with room for four large bags, and comes with leather seating, climate control, complimentary water and device chargers. Every ride includes a professional, background-checked chauffeur. On the rare occasion all of our Escalades are committed, we let you know before the ride and send the same luxury class.
Do you track my flight for airport pickups?
Yes. We monitor your flight in real time and set your pickup to its actual arrival, so you never wait and never rush. At LAX and the regional airports (Burbank, Long Beach, John Wayne, Ontario and Van Nuys), your chauffeur waits in the cell phone lot and pulls up to the curb as soon as you are ready. Meet & Greet at baggage claim is available on request.
Which areas of Los Angeles do you serve?
We serve all of Greater Los Angeles, including Beverly Hills, Bel Air, Santa Monica, Malibu, Pasadena, Calabasas, Studio City, West Hollywood, Culver City, Marina del Rey, Manhattan Beach and Downtown LA, plus every major airport in the region. Airport transfers, corporate travel, hourly charters and event transportation are available 24 hours a day.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. Your full price is shown before you book and locked in once you reserve. Gratuity is already included, we never add tolls or airport fees afterward, and we never re-price a confirmed booking. On a few peak dates and major event nights a surcharge can apply, and it is always part of the price you see before you book. The quote you accept is the total you pay.
Is Continental licensed and insured?
Yes. Continental is licensed by the California Public Utilities Commission (TCP 46036-A), fully commercially insured, and permitted at every airport we serve. Our chauffeurs are background-checked, trained professionals, and we are a family-owned company that holds every ride to the same standard.
How do I book, and how far in advance?

For airport transfers, 12 to 24 hours' notice is ideal, and for weekends, concerts and major events, booking a few days ahead is best. We accept same-day and last-minute requests whenever a chauffeur is available.
