Where does my Continental chauffeur meet me at LAX?
By default we curbside-pickup at the upper level (departures) for fastest egress — your chauffeur tracks your flight in real time, waits in the cell-phone lot, and pulls up curbside the moment you text. For inbound flights with bags or a Meet-and-Greet upgrade, we hold an iPad sign at baggage claim or the Tom Bradley arrivals greeter zone. International TBIT pickups are included for first-time visitors.

Yes. TBIT (Tom Bradley International Terminal) arrivals are a daily route — we monitor your flight, track customs clearance times by airline, and have a chauffeur waiting before you clear. Meet-and-Greet at TBIT arrivals is included free for first-time clients.
How early should I book my LAX transfer?
For weekday daytime transfers, 12 hours' notice is plenty. For 4-7 AM departures (the busiest window), 24 hours is safer — those slots fill first. For weekends, concerts, or major events, book 3-5 days out. Same-day requests get fit in where we have a chauffeur available.
