Can my admin book on my behalf?

What's the difference between Continental and Uber Black?
Uber Black: surge pricing, gig drivers, mixed fleet (sedan or SUV depending on which driver accepts), no dispatch you can call when something goes wrong. Continental: flat rate, professional W-2 chauffeurs, all-Escalade fleet, a dispatcher who answers the phone at 3am. Different categories of service.
Do you handle confidential / discrete pickups?
