Continental didn't start in a boardroom. It started the way most great things in LA do: with a family, a dream, and an unshakeable love for this city.
We grew up in Los Angeles. We watched it grow, watched it change, and fell in love with it all over again every time the sun dipped behind the Santa Monica Mountains. LA has always been more than a place to us. It's a feeling. The hum of the freeway at dusk. The smell of the ocean rolling in through Malibu. The way the skyline glitters from Mulholland on a clear night. We wanted to share that feeling with every person who steps into one of our vehicles.
Our family has been in hospitality and transportation for years. Long before Continental existed, we were the ones making sure guests felt taken care of, whether that meant a warm welcome, a perfectly timed arrival, or simply someone who genuinely cared about the experience. That instinct to serve with pride and precision is something that can't be trained. It's in our blood.

Most car services offer a mixed fleet: sedans, SUVs, vans. You never quite know what you are getting. At Continental, we made a deliberate choice to build around the Cadillac Escalade ESV: a luxury black car fleet, predominantly Cadillac Escalade ESV. That focus is not a limitation. It is our greatest strength.

Continental Luxury Car Service is a family-owned chauffeur company operating across Greater Los Angeles since 2018. It is owner-operated, so the person accountable for your ride runs the business rather than a shift manager at a call centre.
Is Continental licensed and insured?
Yes. Continental operates under California Public Utilities Commission charter-party authority, TCP 46036-A, held by Continental Holding Corporation, Inc., and carries full commercial insurance. Every chauffeur is background-checked, and partner chauffeurs who cover overflow hold their own TCP authority and commercial insurance.
What kind of vehicles does Continental run?
We run a luxury black car fleet, predominantly Cadillac Escalade ESV. Nearly every ride is the full-size flagship. On the rare occasion our own Escalades are all committed, we tell you before the ride and send the same luxury class with a background-checked chauffeur who carries their own TCP authority and commercial insurance.
