How does billing work for corporate accounts?
We work it out with you directly. Most accounts are invoiced monthly with an itemized summary of all rides. We keep it simple, no complicated portals or payment systems.
Is there a minimum number of rides or a contract?
No minimum, no long-term contract. We work on a relationship basis. Use us when you need us. The more you ride, the more we take care of you.
Can multiple people from our company book under the same account?
Yes. Just let us know who the authorized contacts are and we handle requests from anyone on your team. We keep track on our end.
How do we book a ride once we have an account?
Call, text, or WhatsApp us directly. You reach the owner, not a call center. We confirm the ride and send a reminder before pickup.
Can you accommodate last-minute or same-day requests?
We do our best and usually say yes. Same-day requests are handled directly by phone or WhatsApp. The earlier the notice the better, but we understand corporate schedules change fast.
Do you provide receipts for expense reports?
Yes. Every ride comes with a receipt. Monthly corporate accounts get a full itemized invoice. We make it easy to submit for reimbursement.
What if a flight is delayed or a meeting runs long?
We track flights automatically for airport pickups. For other rides, just text or call us with an update. We adjust without charging you extra for reasonable delays.
Are you licensed and insured for commercial use?
Yes. Continental is PUC licensed and fully commercially insured. We meet all vendor compliance requirements.
