How much is a car service to the Rose Bowl?

For UCLA games, Rose Bowl Game, BTS / Taylor Swift concert stadium runs, and the New Year's Day parade, pre-book 1-2 weeks ahead — these dates fill out fastest.
Where does my chauffeur drop me at the Rose Bowl?
We use the Rosemont Avenue VIP curbside loop, not the rideshare pull-out at Lots H/I. Saves a 15-20 minute uphill walk. For Tournament of Roses parade routes, we have access to the family-and-press staging zone — pre-coordinate at booking.
How early should I leave for a Rose Bowl event?
Westside (Beverly Hills, Santa Monica): 90-110 minutes before kickoff. Hollywood / Downtown: 75-90 minutes. Pasadena: 25 minutes. The 110 Arroyo Seco backs up 60-90 minutes before major events — we route via Linda Vista and the side streets to skip the worst of it.
What about getting out after the Rose Bowl Game?
Post-game from the Rose Bowl is the single worst stadium-exit in LA — 60-90 minutes of total gridlock if you're parked in the official lots. With Continental we pre-stage on Linda Vista at a side-street pickup spot — most riders are moving within 12 minutes of walking out, while parked cars are still inching to Rosemont.
Do you handle Tournament of Roses parade day?
Yes — parade morning has tight road closures and pre-dawn schedules, so this is pre-booked work. We coordinate with our pasadena local routing knowledge to get you to Colorado Boulevard or a private viewing party. Pre-book at least 4 weeks ahead for January 1 — these slots cap out by late October.

The Rose Bowl does not permit pickup or drop-off at the stadium itself. The designated point is Holly Street, between Fair Oaks and Raymond in Old Pasadena, with a shuttle or a walk to the gates. We will agree a plan with you in advance rather than leave you to find us.
Pickup AND drop-off are both barred at the stadium. This one is worth confirming with the client at booking, not on the night.
We follow the venue's own rideshare and pickup policy unless you tell us otherwise, or unless you and your chauffeur agree on something better on the day.
