Six miles to Burbank
Sixteen minutes to the terminal. Studio City has the best airport access in Los Angeles and almost nobody uses it — the default booking here should be Burbank, and LAX only when the flight leaves you no choice.
Over the hill
Laurel Canyon and Coldwater are the two ways to the Westside and they fail at different times. Coldwater backs up first in the morning, Laurel in the evening. The chauffeur picks on the day, not from habit.
Lot pickups
Radford, Universal and the Ventura Boulevard production offices each have their own drive-on procedure. We arrange the drive-on ahead of time so the car is inside the gate rather than idling on Ventura.

What's the fastest airport from Studio City?
Burbank (BUR) — 6.3 miles, about 16 minutes, $99 flat. For most short-haul West Coast routes (SF, OAK, PDX, SEA, LAS, PHX), Burbank beats LAX by 30-40 min total door-to-gate. LAX from Studio City is 35-50 min in rush hour.
Do you handle Ventura Boulevard restaurant pickups?
Yes — Ventura Blvd corridor (Tiago, Sushi Tama, Aroma, Marix, Pinz, the Sportsmen's Lodge) is a nightly route. Hourly bookings are common for a dinner-then-drinks circuit through the Valley.
