Most car service is sold by the trip. A stay is not a series of trips.
When someone is in Los Angeles for a week, the car is not transportation. It is the room they think in between appointments, the place the bags live, the fixed point in a schedule that will move three times before Thursday. That only works if the same vehicle and the same chauffeur are held for the whole stay.
The shape of a program
Three phases, booked once, billed once.
The arrival
Flight-tracked meet at LAX, Burbank, Van Nuys, or a private terminal. The chauffeur your guest meets at arrivals is the chauffeur they will have all week — the introduction happens once.
As-directed, hotel-based
The car reports to the hotel each morning and stays on the clock until the day is done. Meetings, scouts, showrooms, fittings, dinners, a run out to Santa Barbara or the desert. No per-leg rebooking, no waiting on a new car between stops, no surge.
The departure
Bags handled, terminal and airline confirmed in advance, timing worked backward from the flight. Booked inside the same program, so nothing gets orphaned on the final morning.

Before you send the itinerary
Can I book a car and driver for several days in a row in Los Angeles?
Yes. A multi-day program assigns one Cadillac Escalade ESV and one chauffeur to your dates. Each day is booked as-directed from wherever your guest is staying — the chauffeur reports to the hotel in the morning and stays with the party until the day ends. Arrival and departure airport transfers are folded into the same program rather than booked separately.
Is it the same chauffeur every day?
That is the intent, and it is how we run these. A named chauffeur is assigned to the program and stays with it from the arrival transfer through the departure transfer, so your guest is not re-introducing themselves each morning and the driver already knows the week's rhythm.
How is a multi-day program priced?
As a program, not as a stack of separate bookings. Send the itinerary — dates, hotel, expected daily hours, party size — and we return one proposal covering every day, with a single total and one invoice. Multi-day and trade pricing is quoted directly rather than published.
What happens when the itinerary changes mid-stay?
Changes are expected and absorbed. Because the vehicle and chauffeur are already held for your dates, an earlier start, a later finish, or an added stop is handled the same day without rebooking. Hours are reconciled honestly at the end against what was actually used.
Do you work with DMCs, tour operators, and hotel concierge desks?
Yes — a good share of our multi-day work comes through the trade. Partners get a dedicated point of contact, a wholesale rate sheet, consolidated billing for the whole program, and the option of commission or net rates. Your client never sees a rate they were not meant to see.
