Private Aviation · Los Angeles
Off the aircraft.
Into the car.
Ground transport built around private schedules. Every FBO and general aviation field in the region, a chauffeur waiting inside, and a flat rate agreed before you fly.
An FBO Pickup Is Not a Terminal Pickup
At a commercial terminal the job is a walk to baggage claim with a name sign. At a private field there is no baggage claim and no arrivals kerb. Your chauffeur parks at the FBO rather than the commercial terminals, checks in at the front desk, and waits inside the lounge until the handler brings you through with your bags.
That is a different job, so it carries a different rate: $50 at a private field or an FBO, against $30 for a standard terminal meet. Everything else is flat and quoted before you book, from $140 all-in with gratuity already included.
We hold the car for the aircraft, not the clock. Private schedules move, and a tail that lands ninety minutes early or three hours late is the normal case rather than an exception, so there is no separate waiting charge when the time shifts.
Fields We Collect From
The general aviation fields, and the FBO side of every commercial airport in the region.
General aviation
- Van Nuys Airport (VNY)
- Santa Monica Airport (SMO)
- Hawthorne Airport (HHR)
- Camarillo Airport (CMA)
- Whiteman Airport (WHP)
FBOs at the commercial fields
LAX, Hollywood Burbank, Long Beach, John Wayne, Ontario, Palm Springs and Santa Barbara all have private terminals, and a collection there is the same ramp job it is at Van Nuys. Name the operator and we know where to go.
Operators We Know By Name
Give us the operator and the field. That is the whole address.

Private Aviation
The quiet part of the journey.
Crew, Principals and Multi-Leg Days
Most private aviation work is not a single transfer. It is a principal to a meeting, a crew to a hotel, and a return to the field hours later, often on one account. We book those as one itinerary so nobody is re-explaining the day to a dispatcher.
For a day held open rather than a fixed route, an hourly charter keeps the same chauffeur and the same car from the FBO onward. Operators and flight departments bill to a corporate account on whatever invoicing cycle the team runs.

Private aviation car service FAQs
Do you pick up at FBOs and private terminals?
Yes, that is most of this work. We collect at every general aviation field in the region and at the FBOs inside the commercial airports: Signature Aviation, Atlantic Aviation, Clay Lacy Aviation, Pentastar Aviation, Western Jet Aviation, Castle & Cooke Aviation and the rest. Give us the operator name and the field and that is enough; there is no terminal or kerb to specify.
How does a meet and greet work at an FBO?
Differently from a terminal, which is why it is priced differently. There is no baggage claim to walk to. Your chauffeur parks at the FBO rather than the commercial terminals, checks in at the front desk, and waits inside the lounge until the handler brings you through with your bags. It is $50 at a private field or an FBO, against $30 for a standard terminal meet.
Which private airfields do you serve?
Van Nuys Airport (VNY), Santa Monica Airport (SMO), Hawthorne Airport (HHR), Camarillo Airport (CMA), Whiteman Airport (WHP), plus the FBO side of LAX, Hollywood Burbank, Long Beach, John Wayne, Ontario, Palm Springs and Santa Barbara. Flat rate quoted before you book, from $140 all-in.
Can you meet the aircraft on the ramp?
Ramp access is the FBO's call, not ours, and it varies by field and by operator. Tell us when you book and we will coordinate with your handler in advance. Where ramp access is not granted, the chauffeur is inside the lounge with your bags handled the moment you come through.
What happens if the tail is early or late?
Nothing you need to manage. Private schedules move, which is the whole point of flying privately, and we hold the car for the aircraft rather than the clock. Send the tail number or the operator's ETA and we track it. There is no separate waiting charge for a shifted arrival.
Do you handle crew as well as passengers?
Yes. Crew transfers to and from the hotel are a standard part of this, often on the same booking as the principals and billed to one account. Corporate and operator accounts are invoiced on whatever cycle your team runs.
What vehicle will be sent?
A black Cadillac Escalade ESV, which seats six with luggage. For a larger party or a lot of bags we send more than one rather than substituting a different class of vehicle.
Send Us the Tail Number
Field, operator and time is enough to quote a flat rate. We will track the aircraft from there.
