Continental · Flat-rate transfer
Downtown LA → Rose Bowl.
A private Cadillac Escalade ESV at $174 all-in gets you from Downtown LA to the Rose Bowl in about 18 minutes when the Arroyo is clear. The Arroyo Seco Parkway was built in 1940 and still has the stub on-ramps and blind curves to prove it, which is why the drive feels longer than 10 miles. On a Bruins Saturday or a Rose Parade morning, Pasadena closes and reroutes the streets around the stadium, so we leave earlier and approach from whichever side is still moving.

Pickup
We pick up at tower entrances and hotel bell stands downtown, from the Ritz-Carlton at L.A. Live to the Conrad up on Bunker Hill and the Biltmore's Grand Avenue doors, and at residential lobbies in South Park and the Arts District. Loading zones downtown fill fast, so your chauffeur stages nearby and pulls up when you text instead of circling the block while you watch from a lobby window. For a Bunker Hill office tower, tell us the garage level or the street side you prefer and we will meet you there.
Drop-off
The Rose Bowl sits on the floor of the Arroyo Seco beside Brookside Golf Course, and on event days Pasadena officers control the approach, so the drop line shifts with whatever is open: Rose Bowl Drive, Arroyo Boulevard, or the Seco Street side. Your chauffeur takes you as close to your gate as cars are being let through that night, which is usually a short, flat walk across the lot. If the evening starts with dinner in Old Pasadena, we can drop on Colorado Boulevard first and run you up to the stadium after.
Why Continental for this route
There is no good parking answer at the Rose Bowl. The lots sit inside the Arroyo with a handful of exits, so the car you parked at 5pm is the car you fight to move at 11pm, and app pricing peaks at exactly that moment. We drop you at the gate and come back on your word instead, and the figure we agreed does not change because a full stadium wants a ride at the same time.
Downtown LA to Rose Bowl, common questions
How much is a car from Downtown LA to Rose Bowl?
$174 covers the one-way drive in a black Cadillac Escalade ESV with a professional chauffeur, seating up to 6 with room for 4 large bags. We lock that number when you book and we do not re-price it, and there is no surge on event days. There is no parking charge to settle at the end either, since the car never goes into a lot.
How long does the drive from Downtown LA to the Rose Bowl take?
Figure 15-25 min off-peak and 30-50 min in weekday rush, when the 110 north stacks up from the Four Level through Chinatown and Solano Canyon. Event days are their own category, so for a stadium kickoff we add buffer for the street closures Pasadena puts up around the Arroyo. We watch live traffic and recommend a departure time when you book.
When should we leave Downtown for a Rose Bowl event?
For a stadium event, leaving about 90 minutes before start time is comfortable, because the slow part is not the freeway, it is the last mile into the Arroyo. For the flea market on the second Sunday of the month, late morning is the sweet spot going up, and the Linda Vista side is usually the faster way in. Tell us the event and we will work backwards from your gate time.
Can we add a stop in Old Pasadena on the way?
Yes, extra stops are normal on this run, usually dinner on Colorado Boulevard or a drink before the gates open. Add it to the booking and your chauffeur routes for it rather than improvising on the night. A short stop with the car held is quoted as waiting time, and a longer gap is usually better as two transfers or as hourly service.
How far ahead should we book?
For an ordinary weekday run, a day or two is plenty. For the Rose Bowl Game, the Rose Parade or a stadium concert, book as early as you can, because we run one core fleet of Escalades and Pasadena event nights fill first. If we are full for your date we will say so immediately instead of leaving you to find out.
