Continental · Flat-rate transfer
Anaheim → LAX.
Anaheim to LAX runs $326 all-in in a private Cadillac Escalade ESV, about 39 minutes up the 5, the 605 and the 105 before the morning has a say in it. The hard part of this direction is not the driving: park checkouts and conference hotels empty into the same hour, and every one of those cars is going your way. So your chauffeur is outside early, handles the bags, and the pickup is set off your bag-drop time rather than the posted departure.

Pickup
We pull into whatever you are checking out of: a Harbor Boulevard hotel's porte cochere, the Disneyland Hotel or Grand Californian driveway, or the Katella Avenue side of the Convention Center. By eight in the morning Harbor Boulevard is thick with shuttle vans, so your chauffeur takes the position the bell stand gives him and holds it rather than making a second pass. He texts his name, the plate and where he is parked as soon as he is on the property, so a family coming down in two lifts can find the car without anybody standing in the driveway with the bags.
Drop-off
Your chauffeur pulls up to your airline on the LAX departures roadway, or to Tom Bradley for an international departure, and the bags come out of the back of the Escalade straight onto the sidewalk rather than onto a shuttle. Bag drop is a walk from there, not a transfer. If that upper roadway is crawling when we arrive, your chauffeur drops on the level below instead, which costs you one escalator.
Why Continental for this route
Everything on Harbor Boulevard leaves at once. Park days end in a checkout crush, the convention hotels empty into the same seven o'clock window, and the shuttle vans have the loop full by eight, so a car that happens to be nearby at that hour is whatever was nearby rather than something that holds five people and a week of luggage. Ours is booked against your flight and is outside and loaded while the bell stand is still queuing everyone else. The 5 and the 105 are the easy part of this trip; the hour before them is what decides whether you make the flight.
Anaheim to LAX, common questions
How much is a car from Anaheim to LAX?
$326 covers this run one way: the Escalade ESV, your chauffeur, the flat 20% gratuity and the drive to your airline's departure curb. Park-week and convention departures out of Anaheim often start before five in the morning, and a pickup between 11pm and 5am carries our stated late-night fee, so it is itemized on the quote before you pay rather than appearing afterwards. A major event date can carry an event rate, shown the same way. Once you have booked, that quoted total is what you pay, and we do not re-open it because demand moved.
How long does Anaheim to LAX take?
Expect 35-50 min outside rush and 55-85 min inside it, with the worst of it on the northbound 5 and the 605 before 9am and again after 3pm. We plan your pickup against the slow number. Your chauffeur adjusts live if the westbound 91 or the 405 is reading better that morning.
What time should we leave Anaheim for our flight?
Work back from the curb rather than the gate. Anaheim to LAX wants two and a half to three hours before a domestic departure, and about three and a half for an international one out of Tom Bradley. The useful quirk here is that the earliest pickups travel best: leaving at 6am can save you half an hour of freeway over leaving at 9am. Send the flight number and we will set the pickup to it.
Does the price change on a park holiday or late at night?
Dates do not move it. The rate is built from the distance and from where the car has to start, not from demand, so a Saturday in July prices the same as a quiet Tuesday and there is no surge on it. Hours do move it: a pickup between 11pm and 5am carries a stated late-night fee, and a booking made for the same day carries its own, both itemized on the quote before you pay. After that, the only thing that changes a total is something you ask for, like an added stop or a second car.
Can you pick up at the Convention Center instead of our hotel?
Yes, and it is a common request on the last day of a show. Tell us the hall or entrance you will be standing at and your chauffeur stages there rather than at the hotel. If you are coming out with cases of material, mention it so we know whether the four-bag space in one Escalade is enough.
